Refund Policy

Product return due to FAULT, ERROR or DEFECT

If you choose to return the product because:

  • We’ve sent you the wrong item; or
  • The item that you received is damaged/defective; or
  • The item does not match the description/specifications on our website…

 

…then you can request to return the item, provided:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item still has its original packaging.
  • The item isn’t used or damaged*.

 

*If you’re already using the item and you believe you have a warranty claim, please email us with the details and we’ll act to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Product return due to CHANGE OF MIND

If you choose to return the item because:

  • It does not suit your needs; or
  • It does not meet your expectations…

 

…then you can consider requesting to return, provided:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item still has its original packaging.
  • The item isn’t used or damaged.

 

Products that can’t be returned

These items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been manufactured, altered, modified or ordered by a special arrangement for you

 

Requesting a return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Email info@wheeliesafe.com.au with the details of your return request.
  • Please include supporting photos where applicable.
  • We will review your request and respond promptly.
  • Return the product to us within 14 days from the date of our reply email approval.

 

Important:

  • Please make sure you have received our emailed approval to return before actually returning the product.
  • A restocking fee of up to 30% of the product value may apply (exact amount will be advised in our reply email).
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded, except where the product has arrived damaged/defective/incorrectly supplied.

 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
