Shipping Policy
General Information
- WheelieSafe will arrange shipment of your purchase as soon as practical after payment for the product is received. Collection will take between 1 to 5 business days depending on staff and stock availability. WheelieSafe is based in Sumner Park Queensland, from where shipment will take place. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- WheelieSafe will be responsible for your order until the products have been delivered. Damaged or missing products during transit will be repaired, replaced or refunded in full.
- Your order is subject to availability of the product. If the product is unavailable, you will be notified and if WheelieSafe already received payment a full refund or alternative arrangement regarding delivery time will be offered.
- You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as shipment is processed.
- If special instructions are required with your shipment you can notify WheelieSafe and such requirements will be transferred to the courier company. WheelieSafe cannot be held responsible for instructions not carried out by the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will depend on the location where the product will be sent. We offer flat rate shipping to major metro and regional areas via TNT.
Cancelation
If you want to cancel an order, request via email info@wheeliesafe.com.au.
Damaged items received from carrier
- Please note any damage on the package and inspect your product immediately for any damage caused during shipping.
- If damage appears to be done by the carrier, we advise that the delivery is not accepted and noted on the waybill. The case should be reported to WheelieSafe at info@wheeliesafe.com.au
- Please keep all original packaging, and not how the unit is packaged in the event that the product needs to be returned.
